Да блин, когда успел инструкцию выложить? Я уже пару месяцев под пиво потихоньку пытался собрать по картинкам. Теперь всё переделывать(( Но ты достоин благодарности в любом случае)))

For assembly, you need 96 segments and 24 crosses.
After printing out the details, check.
If necessary, treat holes with a 1.8mm drill.
To join the parts, use thread segments 1.75mm.
To cut off the segments do not fall out, the ends of the segments should be melted with a soldering iron.
Assembly can be carried out in several stages:

I stage: Assembling the ring.

a. Collect from the 96 segments of the 24th sector:
twelve left orientations (LEFT) and twelve right orientations (RIGHT) (see figure).
Each semi-sector is assembled from four segments by connecting short arms to a rhombus.
It is important to pay special attention to the orientation of the semi-sectors, this is important.
b. Collect three sectors (SECTOR) from six semi-sectors and twelve crosses.
Each sector consists of a left (LEFT) and a right (RIGHT) half sector and four crosses.
It is necessary to pay special attention to the orientation of the crosses! (see the figure).
c. From the resulting three sectors, assemble the ring (RING).

II stage: Assembly of triangles (TRIANGLE).

On the basis of the ring, collect six triangles: three in the upper hemisphere and three in the lower hemisphere.
Each new triangle will be assembled from two additional half-sectors and two crosses.
All three of the half sectors that make up each triangle must be of the same orientation !!! (see picture)
This is important, otherwise the sphere will warp. It should turn out that in the same hemisphere, the left half sectors (6 pieces) are used to create triangles, in the other hemisphere, to the other right (6 pieces).
Orientation of additional crosses should not be difficult.

Stage III: Final assembly.

By the beginning of this stage, there should remain six semi-sectors - three left and three right.
If it did not work so, then somewhere :( error was made.
Of the remaining two semi-sectors must be supplemented by a triangle -. The upper and lower hemispheres of
each such triangle must consist of the same Half-orientation.
This orientation should be opposite the orientation of the next semi-sectors.
However, in another way it will not work.

IV stage: To disassemble and collect everything in your own way!

How did you connect it?
Did you do the black pins?

Black pins are pieces of 1.75mm black color PLA thread melted with a soldering iron. (Черные штифты - это отрезки 1,75 мм нити PLA чёрного цвета, оплавленной паяльником. Я думал что это очевидно .)

Why did you decided to use filament strands and not pins of some sort?

Because I have filament strands and I do not have pins of some sort. :)
