Inspired by another spool keychain.
With this keychain you can keep nice printed samples of all your filaments that you bought over the years and its looks great as a keychain and makes a perfect gift for everyone even for ones who don't know about 3D printing.
This model is optimized for 0.4 nozzle size for easy printing that small size and the "filament roll" is spiralized to give it a authentic look like a real rolled up spool and not just a round disc.
Parts should fit together with no glue or something, just press them together.
If you leave the parts as they are after the print the filament roll should normaly not spin,
but if you sandpaper inside the hole of the filamentroll and the shaft of the spool holder you can get it to spin and play around with it on your keychain. (better then fidget spinners)
"Spoolholder" with 0.2mm layer height
"Filament roll"with 0.1mm layer height
"Benchy Spoolholder" with 0.2mm layer height and a min layer time of 10sec.
no support needed
layer pattern "Concentric" for a clean looking surface.
Also make sure that you have "lift head" on while printing the "Benchy Spoolholder" to give the part some time to cool down and wait for the bed to cool down or the piece can bend while its hot. Its not a easy part to print.
