I enabled only minimal supports (1mm) in Flashprint. The supports only extend from the top diagonal lines to the ceiling above. It is not necessarily required but may help. Calibration fans may enjoy this model because it features long 45 degree angles and bridge tests if one opts for no supports.
It is not hard to finish up this print.
All you have to do is scrape off residual plastic and remove the minimal supports if you used them. Then put your cards in.
This is my first successful print from FreeCAD.
First, I measured my model, then I created a box 2mm longer on every side but the top. After that I created a model the actual size of the card deck and I subtracted them to where the first part has a hole on the top cards can go through. Then, I cut diagonal lines in the side. And finally I put some access holes through the bottom of this model and and an access dip at the top and filleted some of the edges.
