Summary

After working on other AndyMark mecanum wheels design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2013335) I realized that Hevy Duty wheels from AndyMark (http://www.andymark.com/product-p/am-3026L.htm) probably much better candidate to redesign for 3D Printing.
I hope it will turn out to be a practical design

What is the exact spacing of the hub attachment? I want to make a custom hub with different shaft size....

Hub attachment was designed for Actobotics' 1/4" D-Shaft

I'm talking about the "bolt pattern".....

I measure it and my conclusion is that they are 24 mm from the center, at 60 degrees apart.

Can you confirm the 24mm ?

Again, great thing: it's one of the rare one that worked without any modifications... 3 wheels printed, 4th in progress !

Oh that. This is standard AndyMarc 6 hole pattern. Part itself based on this Wheel Conversion Plate (am-2609a)

Hole pattern is on a 1.875" diameter circle, which will make 23.8125mm radius
You can download STEP file and do modifications as you need. That will save you some time.

Looks Good. This looks like the am-3026R. Have you started on the Left one? Just so happens, last night my team asked for the 3026's back so they can test them on this year's bot and I need them on my Bot and AndyMark is Out of Stock.

It should be a simple case of mirroring model. I use Repetier and it has mirror function. However, when i get a chance, I will upload mirrored design for people who's software doesn't allow for that.

Looks pretty sweet. I'll have to run off a set of these to test how well they hold up. If I can, I'll post a video.
