UPDATE : I made a CR-10S version available, as well as in/out (or no) text. Happy printing!
DISCLAIMER: IT'S JUST GOOD LOOKING!
If like me you don't plan on upgrading you CR-10 with an X axis tensioner, but still wish to pimp that side of your printer, then this is just for you!
It doesn't get in the way of the belt or the extruder and is just nice if you don't like the bare metal look of your printer. Simply glide it from right to left and you should be good.
I suggest printing it on the right (hollow) side of the shield to avoid wasting material in support The cleanup is also much more easy.
I made it to train myself using Fusion 360 and calipers, so if it isn't perfect just let me know, I would be interested in making it better. If you have ideas on how to make it useful, let me know too!
I was inspired by the Y-pulley and the left side X-pulley cover from clavenmoo : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2477621 (link to the Y-pulley cover)
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2475990 (link to the left side X-pulley cover)
I really like these for the good look they give to my printer, so thanks a lot clavenmoo!
