I printed this on my A8 as well. with completely different results.
I haven't tested them in flight yet, but with something I can get to print in 30 minutes and only takes 2 grams of PLA im not gonna complain.
tolerances are tight so it shouldn't vibrate off. as I state below I printed these one at a time, upside down. which shaved 6 minutes off and seems to be more rigid, but more on that after i test them in flight.

Layer Height: .2
Initial Layer Height: .15
Wall Thickness: .8
Extruder Temp: 195
Bed Temp: 60
Print Speed: 35 ( takes about half an hour for one)
Print Cooling: 100
Support: Everywhere, Lines, 20% with one model at a time, upside down at -45 degrees at pictured in my attachment.

I tried printing this and the clips are too brittle. They're very easy to break off. Do you have some print perameters you could suggest? Thanks.
I was using my Anet A8 at a .15 layer thickness and used PLA. No Supports.
