how affect heat of bulbs to body? doesn't too much heat?
pd. like your idea!

I haven't had a problem with the heat, I printed using PLA and have discharged 7,500 mah worth of 4s batteries at one time (1+hour of running). The area around the bulbs do get pretty warm though.

Do you have a link to the screws you used? All the ones I found have their heads too large (5.3mm)

Is used 2.5 mm 12 mm length sized screws, the heads are smaller.
The length for the retailing of the halogen fittings could be a a fee mm longer.
Had to use a pair of tweezers to hold the nuts in place.

Do you have a lower resolution version of "Battery_Discharger_Body_V2.stl". I am having trouble to get my makebot to open the file and slice it? (it takes over an hour to open the file)

I uploaded a low res version. let me know if it works for you.

Thanks a million! yep that one loaded up almost instantly and still looks crisp!

Far better than mine, too bad, I'm using Cellmeter 8 but I really like your!!!

I Have a similar unit for checking voltages, It looks like I could easily adapt the design to fit it. mine doesn't have the discharge capability, but it looks to be the identical size. The only thing I would need help with would be how far out the discharger cable sticks out when it is plugged in.
