Crenelated edge wall tiles designed to be compatible with Dwarven Forge dungeon tiles. Can be stacked on Stone Corridor Tiles or Stone Wall Tiles with Pillars to create defensive walls.
These tiles are designed to line their wall up with walls from tiles butted up against their neighbors. These are designed to be used on the edge of the map or to give more usable space for the play area, particularly for 1x hallways which would be impossible to fit mins in unless the wall was moved. Because the wall now takes up some space, you will need to use edge buffers in some places to get the tiles to lay out properly.
You can find this set on github

OpenForge is now a patron supported project. I use the resources that my patrons give me in order to get the resources to let me create more sophisticated tiles with a greater level of detail. Please, support me, and I’ll deliver an ongoing stream of awesome gaming terrain. You can find more about OpenForge and Masterwork Tools at our website, at our forums, or on twitter and facebook.

Painting was done in 5 layers.

  1. Paint whole piece in black
  2. Heavily dry brush with a dark grey
  3. pick at least one other color (that could be stone) and paint some random stones, front and back.
  4. dry brush with grey mixed with a little olive
  5. lightly dry brush with a light grey, focusing most heavily on edges
I paint the wall portion of the underside since it can be visible if the wall is stacked.

I have printed myself a bunch of corners and as I went to start printing the walls I noticed they do not conform to the 2x2 modularity as the wall is outside the 2 1 inch square. Am I missing something or will the walls not work with the corners? Thanks

Any tile with "Edge" in the name is one where the wall is outside the 2x2 modularity. I generally upload both edge and normal tiles for every tile type.
