Great replacement for the one I found that an allen wrench sliding off bolt into fan is never a good way to make it more efficient. Thanks!

Moreno73,
So glad to hear the fan blade worked well for you! Happy printing!

thanks work perfect.. you save me 6 box

Thank you, works like a charm :-)

Thank you, very good design. I think it is louder than the original, but not too loud.

I tried, I really did. Granted it is a wonderful print and high quality design but whether it was a misalign pin or what have you, I just couldn't get it to as good as the original. I'd recommend just ordering a $6 one off Amazon and save the hassle of WD-40-ing the pin and super gluing troubles.

I was having issues getting filament into the extruder so I pulled the fan off to guide it in, as I was tightening one of the screws I broke 3 of the 9 fins. Immediately downloaded this file and printed it using the busted fan, print was of lower quality but it worked, installed the new fan and noticed its just a little off, printing a new one now that I have a working fan.

3DGenie_xyz,

Excelent to hear. I am glad the design worked out well for you!

Very cool replacement. For some reason it's quite rattly on my machine, but, I'm sure it will straighten up.

MrEDJay,
Thank you... The "rattly" as you said could be due to pin misalignment. The blade could be wobbling and possibly rubbing or hitting one of the motor support arms. You can try and realign it, or reprint it and see if that changes anything.

Thanks for posting this. Saved me a lot of time and a bit of money too.

You are very welcome. I am glad it worked out well for you! Hope the directions were easy enough to follow!
