NOTE: The online Customizer may display errors during editing. Generate the sign, and the version emailed to you will (probably) be properly formed.
The pre-generated object is to support an Anker 7-Port USB 3 Hub, but you can adjust the parameters for other objects.
If you need more clearance through the ventilation holes in the sides and end, decrease the shoulder size in the Customizer.
Print 2 copies, one for each end. The ends are symmetric.
LEGO specs are for a mass produced ABS plastic product. More stiff filaments like PLA and NGEN require adjustments to the top and bottom connectors to fit correctly. The diameter of your nozzle and other factors may also affect precision fit. Print the calibration blocks first, test fit those to real LEGO, and adjust the top and bottom tweak numbers appropriately.
The project is maintained on GitHub including the update history. Suggestions and pull requests are welcome.
