well I decided to go ahead and design my own version of Z anti wobble bracket with tensioning ... Now this should work to take out all wobble in Z. The main two parts will need supports when printed... These can be printed one at a time or both at the same time I included both options in the files.
What this design does is allow the Z axis lead screw to float in X and Y axis while maintaining Z axis. it also has the rear wheel able to move which would allow for it to be tightened against the 2020 rail removing any slack there as well.
Ok finally got this fully printed and a few minor changes made... should be good to go now...
I finally got this installed and it is working great... I have been putting it through it's passes. I changed one of the lead screw couplers with one that was bent out of shape and the lead screw base was moving 3-4 mm in all directions and I'm printing now and it is perfect print you can't even tell there is an issue with the coupler. photos of the part printed are done with the bent to heck coupler... so you can see that the part works
I just received a comment that the factory bolts are hitting the mounts so you might need to either flip the bolts around or trim the bolts end of the off flush with the end of the nut which is the way mine are.
UPDATE: ok after the comment about the bolts hitting I went ahead and added a relief cut on the top of each of the main 2 pieces these are under V2
Update: 12/3/17 OK I have been told there is an alignment issue with the X motor I use this on mine and have not had any issues so might want to print this as well https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2558147
UPDATE: 12/24/17 finally had time to update the design to lower the X 2020 rails 5mm to fix the alignment issues that where pointed out.
