I think the original design is intended for modeling and not to be printed. The walls were too thin to be picked up by my slicer. So I uploaded the .step file into Onshape and thickened the top/bottom/walls to 1.2mm (3 shells). It printed great the first time and the lid fits perfect. As you can see in the pics, the lid fits an original tin, and and original lid fits the plastic tin. It is slightly taller due to the thicker top/bottom. I printed mine at .28 layer height, and flipped the lid 180 degrees.
