I really like the idea, but thats a lot of weight, don't know if it's worth to gain stability if you need to put that much weight to a moving Y axis.

How did you get the belts on the carriage?

what lengths of 2020? thanks

Can you make a list of dimensions and set more information.
I still have 2040 aluminum left and would do it with it.
I used 364 mm long 2040 extrusion instead of the 340 mm long

Well made and designed. I like it ! I'm a big fan of stability on a 3d printer and this looks rock solid. Great job.
