I just started the print of this model at 0.175mm layer height on my Flashforge Creator Pro. We'll see how it turns out! Thanks for sharing

Hi, How do you fit the 3d face model in a block? /converting face model to its Negative form?
please lead me in a way.

Easy if you have access to 3d software?

You need a 3d model of a head positioned half way into a block - use a 'boolean' to subtract the head geometry from the block.
Thats all it is!

Hi. I used the "boolean" operation, but it work just for simple created objects not for imported objects, for example a 3d-face model of facegen.
I couldn't merge any 3Dface(stl) with a cube (box) together. plz guide me. Thanks.

Just printed it yesterday. Took 16 hours at fine print setting (.1 layer height).

Looks awesome, especially with light below and in front of it.

do you print it standing up? and what settings did you use? thx for the nice model

Yes, standing up.
No supports
0.2 layer is fine enough
Low in fill
The very top of the head may be a bit rough but that doesn’t matter.
Thanks for comments!

Nicely done. Thanks for making this. I printed at 150% since it's kind of small

Appreciate the comments!

thank you so much my daughter is going to love this for her school project

You're welcome!

The lighting takes a bit of testing to get the optical ilusion to work - i've found a soft defused light low down straight under the chin seems to work well.

Good luck!
