I took the center from the Tevo Tornado knobs and mixed it with the rest of the Knob from the Ultimate CR-10 Leveling knobs since they just look nicer. Came out great.

I tried to print these but first layers of the outer "teeth" warped upwards and the fan duct started scraping a few of them.
eventually it folded one of them, bounced and the extruder moved to some random point :/

Edge's folding up on your first layer me and your bed is not properly trammed or leveled

Get a good level that video will help

or my settings were off

thanks for the tip :)

hi all, what infill settings should I print these at and same goes for the walls :) thank you

3x3x3 25% - 3 top 3 bottom 3 walls 25% infill is what i use for these kinds of prints.

Much appreciated! thanks for your helpful videos. Got my first printer a week ago (tevo tornado) and already printing pretty well for a newbie. Smoothers come in any day now and my ultrabase too since my glass surface isn’t flat :/

What filament is this??

Cheap too. Prints really nice.

These work great, just slide over the stock knobs no problems, thanks for the redesign

Then the stock knobs have changed, because these don't fit at all....

I got my printer last week. It was a tight fit so i put it together the best I could with channel lock pliers then i set the bed to 80 degrees (metal side touching the bed. After a few minutes they fit right together

I just take a wrench I hold the printed knob in my hand with the metal knob inside it and my fingers out of the way and I just take a crescent wrench and tap tap tap until it goes in the fit is a friction fit and it needs to be very tight since there's not much teeth on the stock knob Toulouse and it'll just twirl

If it's really really tight you're probably over extruding but just a tiny bit

Interesting. Got a pic? I hear a rev 2 tornado had been released. Curious about any changes
