A quick remix to change the eyes a bit and smooth out the surface. I also plane-cut the bottom to give all of the draping equal(ish) footing.
Print in 3 perimeters and it's a pretty sturdy model. No infill. No supports. Use either a raft or a brim of about 5mm. The hardest part is the bottom, you will need a cooling fan to keep the overhangs from curling, otherwise the bottom parts can get knocked off before they fuse to each other. Once past the draping apex, it is an easy print.
You can use an Xacto knife or clippers to trim excess from the draping or reshape curves. A heat gun or torch can be used to clean up "shave" marks or strings.
I used Meshmixer to resculpt the eyes, smooth the surface, and plane-cut the bottom.
