Detail about this micro quad build can be found here: https://oscarliang.com/angry-oskie-smallest-brushless-micro-quad-build/

If you don't have a 3D printed I can print the frame for you (you can order from the link above)

Beware the the frame marked with number "3" is for motors with 5.5mm mounting pattern, such as the RacerStar BR0703, and BoldClash 0703.
While the "5" is for motors with 6.5mm mounting pattern, such as the Sunnysky 0703 and 0705.

This frame is designed for the following parts:

I don't check comments on Thingiverse very often.

Originally i was doing a 48mm version frame too, but because of the inefficiency of 31mm propellers, i cannot recommend it. Please use the 59mm version frame with 40mm propellers.

I think you need to remake the 48mm version with toothpick thin arms connecting the motor mounts. You have two arms going to each motor when you should cut it down to a single thin arm per motor. Also try to use tiny whoop batteries instead of the larger ones. These should improve flight performance

i think you should read my build log

I printed the frame (a few) in PLA and it seems quite flexible... almost alarmingly so. Should I have picked a different material? Nylon? Suggestions for frame material and bumper material?

i used Polymax PLA for everything. The bottom plate on its own can be flexible, but once assembled the whole structure should be rigid enough.
use infill 100% too.

Thank you! I am not sure that I had enough infill before...
