80~90% for joints, 20~40% for other parts
Best to print in PLA or PLA+. Post refinement will be required for joints to fit. The amount of works would depends on how good your printer works, but in general shouldn't be too much. A hand drill with ball tip drill bit would be handy for fix ball joints and Nail-polisher will be very useful for tightener fit parts if you have over done them :D
I have generated supports by Meshmixer and included within shared files. However if you like to make your own support or want to challenge your printer, you can use the "No_Support" files. In general it should be very easy to print even without any supports, however for parts such as "Legs" and "Joints", it might be a good idea to add some rims depends on how good your printer bed adhesion is. Although it shouldn't be any issue to fit everything on your printer bed and print them all-in-once, but I would highly recommend to print only one file each time.
File "AIO" is the original model which contains all parts and haven't been processed for 3D print. You can use this file for reference how to assembly or make your own print arrangement.
