The little radiused tab at the top outside corner has to be removed to install on recent X5S. I guess they made that part wider.

can you get me pics I will edit the file if need be... just want to make sure I know what your talking about.

Can confirm. On my X5S, the tabs get in the way, had to cut them flat.

seams odd only 2 people have had the issues they must have used a few off sized flat stock

Here you go. Sorry i wasn't more clear. The top of the spacer has to be flat without that little protrusion to fit the current X5S kits.

With the factory control board you limit is 410mm but with a board you can set it these allow you to go all the way to 430 or in my case 437mm... If you look at the factory setup the bed sticks up above the side pieces so much you have to use a threaded Ron and wing nuts for the limit switch with this setup the limit switch gets moved up 3 mm and the switch hits the plate.. Then when the bed is completely lowered it will stop with the metal side rails with the brass nut in them in the same place but the bed will be lower... Now until the firmwAre is changed I don't think you gain much as the controller will stop the bed at 410mm no matter what.

But do you really have more in z ?
Because on the end you will come earlier to stop?!

Yes moves it upwards
