Getting tons of non-manifold errors from Slic3r. Optimizing in meshmixer gives lumpy/bad results at times...

https://service.netfabb.com/service.php was able to fix most of the STLs.
For those stubborn STLs that wouldn't 'fix', futzing in meshmixer's "Inspect" tool, then reloading in Netfabb seemed to fix the model.

I've split it down and uploaded all the parts so that you can rotate which ever way you want.

There are lots of overhangs. Did you use supports?

Very nice design. I would be even happier if the parts were available separately, so I could re-orient some of them. :)

why does it say graphlex on it? the Skywalker light saber was the one made from a graphlex camera not kenobi's

are you sure? Check out therpf.com to check up on that.

well either a bunch of people are wrong or I am wrong probably the latter but I am pretty sure that the English alphabet is not in Starwars so earth text probably would not be anywhere in the Starwars galaxy and for episode 3 I would bet that the prop used was custom machined and not made out of miscellaneous scrap parts but eh what do I know I am more of a Transformers nerd than anything else

The original ILM "modelshop" people used a Graflex clamp. The entire build is described here:

And you can buy a replica of the old clamp here:
