This is my first functional carriage for a D-bot corexy using a piezo for z-probing.
I am using the Precision Piezo circuit.
Still in development, seems to work ok now but will probably add a place to affix the circuit (at the moment it is tack glued)
Flip the hinged support to print, everything should work without need of support.
You can get STP or other format files if you want to alter stuff here.
For part cooling I am using this support with a blower fan (I cut the parts that conflict with the carriage).
The idea here is adding a 27mm piezo disk to the recess, and use m3x20 screws + nuts to do the 'hinge' part, and m3x12 to close the 'door' like. Don't get the screws too tight, you want it to have a little bit of flex.
The lever effect of the hinged support will translate the pressure on the Titan nozzle to the piezo. It's pretty efficient, really.
When you add the piezo disk, you should be able to press the hinged support and feel the disk flexing under it.
There's a different mount with a 20mm piezo slot instead of 27mm. Untested but should work, plz report.
