While there are a number of fliment/spool holder out there, I decided to do my one as I wanted to be able to customize all aspects of it so created this model in Open-SCAD and shared with the community here on Thinigverse a Customizer. The default setting will create a spool insert and bushing for a standard 608zz bearing (get them here: http://amzn.to/2A6YtQa and if your into 3D printing keep a stock handy) with 1/4" (6.35mm) bolt (these are the ones I used: http://amzn.to/2A5B5CB) pass though. Simply take the resulting STL and double in your slicer for each side.
Also if your interested in the Open-SCAD that was used to make this customizer, you find out more on our Open-SCAD site here: http://openscad.diy3dtech.com/open-scad-designing-a-precision-608zz-bearing-based-spool-holder/
Major Favor: if you make one of these please post the Make and share it with the community :-) .

Print with supports or you will likely get stringing and also because of the thin walls of the bushing, use a slower print speed and go with 0.2mm layer height for more layers.
