Love the changes you've made. Is it possible to use this with a portable USB drive instead of the bracket and an internal drive? The 4TB WD Elements portable is what I have in mind, they are way cheaper than buying a HDD and an adapter separately.

I plan on using a couple of silicone rubber bracelets as anti-shock mounts for the thicker drive.
BTW the USB 3 cable that comes with those drives has a longer connector where it plugs into the Pi.. it might need some more room!

got the sata cable, fits, but still extremely tight, i fear in long term it may damage usb end of sata cable, also needs to be taken all apart again to change the sd card, i don't know how best a mod could be made to allow access to it other than just a hole underneath? Otherwise amazing case, thank you so much for the time you put into this.

Thanks, I'll try that, ps what usb to sata did you use as mines is too big at the sata end and usb end

my raspberry pi doesn't fit as in the hdmi, power, and jack holes on this are too far to the right as you look at the objects holes (roughly all out by about 2mm making it impossible to actually fit the pi in

You will need to make sure the Ethernet and USB ports flush with the outer edge for the side ports to lineup. (side ports being HDMI, power, and Audio jack.) It is a very tight fit and takes a little force to get everything in but creates a very snug hold.

Is it possible for you to lay the elements down on the drawing?

Hi The HDD.stl is extremely small. Could you please re-upload that?

Uploaded a corrected HDD.stl with corrected measurements.
