Any chance for version with metric aluminium profiles?

Looking at the CAD files it looks to me that in order to use 50x50mm Alu profiles only few holes on the steel plates should be moved a bit (little over 1mm). Maybe even the eccentric nuts could compensate for the size difference without any modification to design.
Am I missing some other modification that is required?

Hi Hattori_Hanzo, if you make modifications to the hole spacing, I would recommend making changes to the holes on the steel plate, as well as making sure the spacing on the ACME nut mount is correct as well.

We also do sell the rails on our store as well FYI (https://sienci.com/product-category/parts/)

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately shipping costs for the rails for me would be more than the rails themselves and I can get metric aluminium profiles here for pennies. I will try building it with 50x50mm Alu profiles and let you know the results.

is there a dremel mount for this machine?

Another Thingiverse user seems to have made one. I would double check it's dimesions since different Dremel Models have different sized mounting points: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2260743

Is the 10MM THICKNESS the frame? thanks
frame files do not open in cad ..
can you upload them to dxf?

The thickness of the frame is 1/2". You should be able to find all the latest CAD here on Onshape: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/f129a1cb4c9e4b8ba7c141fa/w/62929c10eab89bef61547fe5/e/bc8c542fea6e3a901123e19f

You can select the items you want to export as DXFs.

Is there a Bill of Materials for the Mill One? can't seem to find one on the Sienci website, just need to see what length spindles i need

If you go to Community -> Open Source, everything should be there.
