A 60 Shore A polyurethane will perform much better than a silicone for wear and tear resistance. I've made skateboard wheels with the 80 & 90 Shore A from this series, but car tires are closer to 60A:

Can you please provide this in a 1:64 scale?

just resize it in cura.... ?

Could you post only the wheels? I'll try with ninjaflex filament. Thanks!!!

When printed in ABS @ .20mm I find the mold base is a little bit small for the tread pattern. Anyone else get this?

"simply use silicone with 30% of cornstarch" ... ? Any more details about this mix and how do you get the mix into the mold?

ow sorry, yes i will upload a videoprocedure, now i still printing the last part for the mold, the mix silicone+cornstarch can be mold with hands to put into the mold for press it, all will be clear :)

good! i add it in the description :) i have found thet the rubber need more streight for a wheel, i have add carbon powder and appear good :) but is not enough... will perfect if i find some fiber material to add

How about a video of the procedure?

untill i upload a video i have writed a better procedure :)

This will be useful, but i don't see the stl for the rim with the hexagonal hole.

And what is the difference between "rim 6mm center" and "rim 6mm center_2" ?

the rim 8mm hole have the exagonal hole for the bolt, the difference between "rim 6mm center" and "rim 6mm center_2" are one have 4 holds inside the hole foa a particular shaft, the other is smooth :)
