Hi All

I am making all the files public on tinkercad so you can edit as required if this helps.

The Lid is https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0c2tB04cKFc
The Bottom is https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fLJ53r3Ew1E
The Insert is https://www.tinkercad.com/things/diTQkaEOkyk

I had created a lip on both the lid and bottom and personally, on my print it all fits together nicely. I have had a negative comment from someone about the insert and he is probably right. I have got rid of the insert as it's not really needed anyway, but the file is listed above if anyone wants to play with it or improve it.

Incidentally, you can use this lid for both Raspberrypi 2/3 as well as Pi Zero's. You just need to print one of the many cases on thingyverse with the edge connector exposed.

I quite like this one but there are many others to choose from.

Hope you like it

hi there

Thanks for your comments and I am sorry you are not happy with what I put together.
As a result and the fact that there is another case on thingyverse that is from your comments better, I will remove this from thingyverse in a few days.
Thanks for your interest. I am not a designer just a novice trying to help.

My printer was down so I had km4daj print it for me, Several issues.
A:the legs of the standoff spacer were WAY too large to fit into the drilled holes on the pi.
B:After grinding the legs flat, I discover it's still a bit too thick.
C:The top and bottom case both seem to have male lips? Or either way the top surface of the case is too high, the antenna sucks the
board up off of the gpio pins that it's already not-fully-on due to A and B.
The spacer from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2773755 so far is perfect, and I'm now printing the rest of the case.
