Great design! Printed off two of them. My Hyoercube EVO requires a bit of fiddling, becase the extrusions were slightly different lengths, and had to be milled to length and squareness. Your SCAD file is a lifesaver.

I do have one question. When I install the nut onto the bracket, should I mount the bracket to the bottom or top of the bed, and does it matter if the large flange is uo or down?

I've had a vivid discussion with a mechanical design engineer at work on that topic. According to him the weight of the bed should be pulling onto the non spring side, so copper facing down, POM up, but I reversed them to get more height out of Z. Prints are perfect, so basically it doesn't matter I guess, backlash is not noticeable.

I can, but you can do that too! Download OpenSCAD load the file and play with the parameters. I'll look at it later for you.

What are the dimensions?
