I have a question and that is fine if the answer is no. I was struggling with the bogie mainly because bearing wheels and shafts that I have are have slightly different sizes. In order to fit them, a lot of time was spent with file and dremel, but I'm way far from being happy with the result.Beside being not aesthetic, there is also some unnecessary friction. My question is - is it possible for you to share a source of the bogie model?

Of course! :) I have exported it and uploaded it now as STEP-format, it's the whole assebly. I haven't tried to import it again to the CAD so I'm not 100% sure it's OK, but try and let me know if there is any problem.

Just to update. I was able to extend some of the parts - wheel frame, locking plate, wheels and bevel gears. Now everything fits perfectly! Thank you.

I realized that the reason was not that the parts I have (bearing wheels and shafts) with different sizes, but the side affect of PLA - it will shrink after cooling. I measured that on average I needed to adjust the size by 0.2-0.25mm of the model. On large parts, like the body of the train, it is really minor, but on moving parts of boogie it does make difference.

Anyway, I'm attaching STL with adjustments I did - may be someone will need it as well.

P.S. relevant discussion 1, 2 and 3

Thank you! I was able to open it in Fusion 360. I'll try to play around with it.

This Bogie is suitable with the RC6 Locomotive?

Hi, sorry I didn't see your comment earlier! No it's not, but to be honest I haven't even thought of that so could maybe work. :) But these wheels are much smaller than the scale RC6 wheels so might look a bit weird!
