I have remixed this cover to fit tighter on new goggles (dom v2, v3, HD2, HD3) as they are using the same module design
Update v6:
I have added up down arrows for the two leds that indicates which module is enabled.
Flatten some parts to be easier to print flat
Update v7:
Resized it to fit better. Made the antenna holes a slightly bigger.

I built V7 in Petg. Fitment is a bit touchy but is very good, I would think it would have taken a few tweaks to perfect the fitting. Thanks for the upload.

hey Michael, is it possible to put a fillet on the inside of the corners, because if you print with the face flat on the bed, the wall thickness is only 0.15mm, so for those of us with more standard 0.40mm nozzles using other slicers, the slicer will just give up trying to print that wall so it will leave a hole at each corner.

I am using a 0.4mm nozzle as well and i printed mine with 0.2mm layer height. Check your preview with what program you are using and see if there is a space there or not. If theres not a space in that position then, you have to calibrate your settings in your printer. Again if there are holes in your slicer program, just get back to me, and let me know

My Prusa i3 MK2 is pretty exactingly dialed in. The only way to get it to print as-is would be to uncalibrate the printer so that it over-extruded, or printed in a much self-stickier filament such as PLA (I printed in PETG). The model is not even a single extrusion width thickness at the corners (as I metnioned). Simplify3D and Slic3r Prusa Research Edition both show the same problems:
-Not able to print even a single perimeter at the corners
-Face is curved so that corner nearest bottom SMA hole doesn't print first layer, and is too far an overhang to print naturally. One either has to enable supports (which then enables them even for the lip, which isnt needed) or let it keep printing and hope the layer 4-5 glob enough down that it starts printing well. This may be less of an issue at 200 microns, but I've not tried it at that. I printed at 100 microns.

See attached screenshots for what I mean. BTW- I still think the arrow Idea would be cool. Additionally, there is pleny of room inside the case where the achilles logo is: you may be able to "pull" the base out further to increase contrast of it even more. Regardless, awesome idea and one I'm now thinking how I can use in my own designs :) Thanks !

Also, I ditched the holes for the antenna LEDs since you can easily see the light, but now that I think about it, your neat idea to use lithophane style could be used to put an up and down arrow in front of the respective LEDs without any holes, to indicate which antenna was active. Neat idea on the Achilles logo ! :)

Awesome ! BTW- If you're' in there anyway, you might want to review the flatness of the face, because first layer is problematic around the SMA holes due to it being rounded face:

I don’t know why my comment with answers to your other questions was flagged for moderation but I showed screen shots of the S3D and Slic3r showing unable to put full perimeter through those corners. I suspect you printed in PLA ? If so that might explain, since PLA has a pretty low surface tension so sticks to itself super well. I printed in PETG which is far less sticky, resulting in the gaps. I may have been able to resolve by over-extruding, but thanks for giving it a shot to tweak the model to be better !

First few layers print perfectly now, and the arrows seem to work well (you just need to coat the inside with black sharpie or something else. The corners appear unchanged so still do not allow a full perimeter, in Simplify3D or Slci3r, so I just printed in PLA with 105% extrusion multiplier and it worked okay.

Nice :) but we shoulf fix that with the simplify aswell. can you send me your fff file to see exaclty what is happening? and play a bit with the settings and see whats wrong?
