Works great! I printed in ABS on Prusa MK3, 40% infill with 3 perimeters. Prefect fit on the Yeti 20oz.

Glad to hear. Did you have to use any tricks to keep the ABS stuck to the build plate?

Nope, worked fine for me with the PEI build plate at 100c. I was half expecting it to curl up, but I guess the circle portion has enough cross-section that it sticks OK.

I love the part do you have one for the 40 oz Artic or would you consider sharing the desighn files

I don’t have one. If you have digital calipers and can measure the diameter at the point where you want the handle, I’d be happy to make you a STL but you’d have to print it and give me feedback.

I will certainly give you feed back. I have measured with my calipers ,I do believe that 105 millimeters should be sufficient to have a proper fit.
Thank you.

I uploaded a 40oz beta STL file to try. Let me know how it works out for you. You may want to stop the print after the ring (before the handle) to check the fit.

Thank you i have printed the ring. I am using a CR 10 machine the inside diameter dimensions printed at 103.5mm its a bit tight it does not travel to the proper height on the cup. did you use the 105 if so let me know. I have a rotary wood working sander which i plan to use to sand test ring until it fits properly and report how many mm it will be if you used the 105 then my printer has a 1.5mm deviation from the designed scale.

Thank you

The ring has a slight taper to it from the top to the bottom to try and match the slope of the cup so it’s likely not exactly 105mm. Measure both sides of the ring and you should see them differ. Let me know which side of the ring is rubbing first.
