We create such characters with children on 3D modeling courses. Each part of the body is equipped with standard tinkercad connectors. Child comes up with his own facial expression, helmet, weapons and armor. Everybody plays minecraft, so these lessons are very popular, and as a result, each student takes his own 3d printed character in the end. You can create your own charecter too, it's very simple.
Head, arms and legs I printed with 30% infill in order not to break off the connector. This is not always easy to achieve when you print PLA, depends of the manufacturer.
Supports are used only for body, I recommend Grid&30% infill and 15% infill for body.
The thickness of the walls of the hair is 1.6 mm for printing with a nozzle of 0.4 mm.
