This is a simple alternative to the stock Y belt clips.
People use anything from a bare bolt to multipart belt tensioner with success. Mine is a step up from a bare bolt. It has more support while still being quite light.
I have an original plastic bot not an LC.
Slic3r does strange things to this stl and throws in solid layers where there should be holes. I drilled the hole to 2.5mm and tapped to M3. I didn't tap all the way but got a screw though OK.
I use .4 layers and PLA. With this as well as the standard X belt it is much easier to put the belt on if you use locking forceps to hold it in place while zip-tying.
The hole needs to move a little.
I drilled new holes about 4mm inboard from the existing outer holes.
In other words the holes on the side closest to the motor (right) are a bit too close.
Of course these are sized to fit my printer and may need modification for others. FYI the top of my Y belt sits 15.5mm below the bed.
