I love how you did the supports!

Which CAD program did you use?
Did you make them yourself?

I used meshmixer. www.meshmixer.com

Thankyou. Ill try the new file when I have time. May even try in TPE as well.

Printed him in glow ABS last night, found I had to add a 20mm bib and have slice3r generate the support material.
I got good resolution when scaled to 1.35X and printed a bit slower and hotter with 0.2mm layers.
I'll post the make later - have to run to work now.

6 attempts, 2 days, and one success - sort of.
there appears to be an issue just above the knees that causes slic3r to skip a layer, as a result, the legs snap off at exactly the same layer.

Sorry for the late response Dranoweb.
I couldnt find the file but I downloaded this one and removed the support and uploaded a supportless version
Have fun

Are you able to post a copy without the support columns?
I use Slic3er, and it ignores alot of the forked transitions, making it try to print into open space.
I'm printing at twice scale, and have had it generate support material in the slicer.

Thanks for your interest
I need to find the source file I was working on. If I find I surely will upload the file

See you soon

Sugmanitu Tonka. Now I can print my guide, thank you.
