I printed it out two ways and nether worked.. The first way I had it set to Standard Quality and it didn't work. Then I tried High Quality and it didn't work ether. I'm gonna try super glue. Wish Me Luck. :D

Sounds like you need to calibrate your 3D printer, hundreds of these have been printed without issue so the issue is not with the model.

It's an obnoxiously tight fit, and my printer's calibrated. Plus the lip is quite thin. I'm probably going to thicken it and then try again.

I am making this but i find printing one screw at a time is painful and doesnt always work. is there a way you could line up all 16 screws together in a grid pattern so more could be printed at once? maybe even 8?

Hey there ... you should be able to do this within your slicer.
e.g. in CURA you can multiply objects (right click - Multiply or select and press CTRL+M)

I have a question... what are the dimensions for the box itself?

Thanks! I was just mussing around with this type of mod myself (in Blender) and stopped when I realized you had done such a great job of this already. I will look at this for an updated print in the future. Boy, if this was available a while back when I ran mine, I would have gone with this updated version.

Thank you so much for the remix. In my opinion, fixing the question marks problem was a must!!! :) :) :)

I agree, it's actually a really simple process in Blender to do.. It surprises me that not may people know how to add a tolerance so objects fit correctly. I might do a youtube video to explain how. It took me forever to figure it out.

great job! is there a rule of thumb for lid style tolerance?

Thanks, great job. That video will be nice.
Thanks again

Great model!

Also, I was curious if you ever made a Youtube video on how to make objects fit correctly? I can figure out how to add a tolerance to make a object fit in a model I am working on.
