This add-on is currently designed to accommodate existing unmodified small versions of the Mx Component Holder. The design is such that you can pull out the SMD tape and separate the plastic cover from the cardboard. The peeled tape then sits in the tray area for you to pick and place. The holes on the part align with the holes on the original Mx Component Holder so the entire enclosure can be mounted if you choose.
To print, the part must be oriented with the "tray" facing down and the flaps of the holder facing up. This allows for the part to be printed without supports (assuming your printer can handle an overhang of ~5mm).
The part is currently listed as a work in progress, as I intend to update the design to be compatible with the Thingiverse customizer.
EDIT 20180227: Part info is up on my site.
This used the Ultimaker 3 AA 0.4mm nozzle print core. Increasing the layer height a bit should not negatively impact performance. This print assumes you can do ~5mm overhang with your printer, so check that first
