Is there visual instructions for putting in the tumblers/assembly?

It turned out great! Thank you for your time in designing and your generosity in sharing this, ttsalo. Really appreciate it.

I imported the tumblers into tinkercad and shaved off .1 mm off the edge that meets the key on both sides before printing. Only had to do some very fine filing on the key to make it work.

nice, precise and great job!

I cannot figure the order in which the tumblers need to go in. The above list does not seem to work. How do I put this together? Is this the right key? It's not that important. It works without the tumblers.

I had the same issue, I just made custom tumblers ;)

Hi there,

What kind of plastic did you use?

ABS, and also printed a couple of the bolts from polycarbonate.

Very nice!

This puts my "working padlock" to shame, hehe. But unless home 3d printers get even higher resolution it wasn't possible at that scale.

Can you edit the tumblers file so it can be printed on a thing-o-matic?

I uploaded the individual tumblers in a zip file, you can get them as individual STLs from it and arrange the print plate more freely.

Thank you. Nice job on this.

I tried to edit your scad file, but then when I tried to export .stl I get an error message: "Object isn't a valid 2-maniflod! Modify your design..

You have to go to the end of the file and set "for_show = 0;" instead of 1 if you want to export the STLs, and comment out the other components except the one you want to export. By default the scad file can only render the whole thing for display...

This is way too cool.
