Could you please make a screenshot how you oriented the model for printing? I don't really understand that part :/

Sorry, it's been a long time and I don't have any more pictures. Imagine each part of the mold being used as a cup to carry water in the side with all the little curvy bits. Orient each part so that you would get the most amount of water in the cup without spilling, i.e. the smooth convex part below, the flanges on the sides and the complicated concave part above.
The bottom middle part stays as it is, the top middle part is rotated 180° top-down, the bottom left and right parts are rotated 45° to left and right, the top left and right parts are rotated 135° left and right.
