how thick is the plexi and how much did it cos? can you post a link to it by chance?

I purchased 0.177 inch thick acrylic in sheets that were each 24” x 48”. The cost per sheet was about 40 USD, at Amazon. The sheets that I used are the cell cast type, not the extruded type. Cell cast cuts cleaner, is stronger, and has better clarity. Wow! You're an inspiration. This is thorough and beautiful, very impressive!

This is beautiful. Love the clean design :)

Does this enclosure helps to prevent ABS prints deformation?

That is my intention. My PLA and PETG prints have improved with this enclosure. I have not used ABS yet, but I plan to start using ABS soon.

What are the results on ABS prints?

Pretty good. My first attempt at printing with ABS is shown here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2840865 What you see there is literally the first print, with all the default settings from my slicer. There was some minor sagging on one of the corners, but overall, I was pleased. I still have a small learning curve ahead of me to get the hang of ABS. Since I never tried using ABS w/o my enclosure, I really can't say how much my enclosure has helped. I addition to the enclosure, I am also using my HEPA Air Scrubber to clean up the nasty fumes that are generated when melting ABS.
