I can't see how it's working. Why the part isn't simmetric?

The big end fits over the back x-axis rod, and the jig front end just rest on the front rod - this way, the jig is fixed at a 90 degree angle to the rods. However, the front and back resting points are at the same height so the jig is parallel to the bed. If you print and use one, it should become clear why the design is this way. Note: This is not my idea - i borrowed it from this 23257 (which has the same asymmetry) and thing 30080, which also is asymmetric, but it fixes to the front rod on the X-axis.

thx for the expanation! I printed it, so now is obvious for me. but have problem with the parameters. my printer print 6,2% smaller on Y,X axis but normal on Z axis... any idea? thanks

Just use you slicer to scale the print 6.2% in the X/Y plane. But you should really change the parameters (or program) of the printer to print to scale, as this problem will follow you for all prints.
