A universal modular shelf that allows you to reduce the amount of wiring required to charge razor/trimmer/toothbrush with a SINGLE power brick.
The 'hands' can be customized to fit different gadgets.
Created using solvespace, design files included.
See build details in my blog
NOTE: It requires DC-DC modules with adjustable current limit and barrel jack sockets.
NOTE2: It requires messing with electronics. If you are unsure about what you are doing - don't do it. I take no responsibility whatsoever!
Install and setup electronics
- Find a good reliable power supply. Something like 12V 1A did the trick in my case.
- Solder the jacks to the DC-DC modules, and install everything into the box.
- Mount it on the wall.
- Use a multimeter to adjust current and voltage to fit the description on the stock power bricks.
- Connect the wiring to you gadgets and tripplecheck that everything is working
