After using this for a few months, i'm seeing some deformation (see image). The tap in the circle should be strait. I think the weight over time might be a bit too much. I noticed the prusa fan shroud (the one that says HOT!) was dipping a bit off the the left side, almost reaching the print at times. I have now readjusted and added a bit of garfa tape to level the shroud. Maybe it won't dip further. We'll see.
Have any of you seen the same issue?

i'll look at mine closely tonight! I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary yet. but maybe I just haven't noticed it. thanks for sharing

What size fans were used for both fans?

the fan used for this THING is in the description.

Printed this out, fits perfectly, prints out with no hassles either. I do seem to have degraded bridging and overhang performance. Do you have any advice? I have connected the fan without using any of the step down cables, so I believe I'm getting maximum speed out of it.

a centrifugal fan is the optimal design for cooling prints for bridging - I noticed a decrease too. but where i would normal use 50-60% fan speed for bridging, I now set it to 100% and I don't notice too much of a performance loss in bridging.

Looks good. I'll give it a print as soon as I finish some other modifications and report back!

Thanks, look forward to your feedback.

A solid improvement over the previous 60mm mount I was using due to the clearance on the bottom of this mount. I had no issues printing this model without supports. I'm really happy with this model and thankful I found it because now I don't have to make my own! The next issue to solve is mounting my camera without getting in the way!

oh glad you like it. I guess people who mount the camera on the bed would have clearance issues with this type of noctua mount! good point!
