Since the walls are one layer thick, the walls are wobbly. The tools vase angles forwards the tools it holds so more than one or two heavy pairs seems likely to make it tip. My printer had trouble with the overhang at .4mm layer height. Going to .2mm layer height would probably fix it.

To print vase mode in Cura, you have to go to settings then preferences. In the preferences window that opens, select settings. At the bottom of the visibility pane on the right, you will find the spiralize outer contour checkbox under the special modes heading.This will give you the ability to select it in custom printer settings when you're getting ready to print an STL.

Is it me or the Stl is all solid?

Yes, solid. It is designed to be sliced in "spiral vase" mode. Which fills in the bottom and spirals up the sides leaving the top open.
