hm...
did they change the thickens of acrylic for lcd mounts?
i have one of the earlier models with 8mm wide hole on LCD.
your models shows thikness of 2,5mm

noticed after i printed a set :)
could you get back to me...

edit: kudos for the idea!

Regrettably I've only got mine to hand as a data source, so it's possible; I imagine they may have optimised their design over time (I know for a fact some of the holes cut in my bed aren't in the same place as the assembly diagrams, for a start...)

Zooming in on the assembly docs does look like you're right for the early ones, yes. None of the parts should suffer from being stretched vertically in your slicer, though.

i have pre-PRO base model, one of the first shipped.
but i wasn't aware of this change at all...
do you mind answering few questions, to determine when it was changed?

i would encourage you to post your changes here:

i am sure few people will appreciate it.

Well, it was bought on the 8th March 2017 from their webstore, and the only reason I know about the baseplate change is because it put the fan in a different position for some reason.
Caused some confusion and "encouraged" me to be flexible in following the assembly instructions from then on...

so i presume you have revA+ board, plastic bearing holders and plastic extruder casing.

do they now include pass-true tube fittings, or are still on same hex blocked ones?
if they didn't update manual, probably FW missed that too... :) haven't been on their sites for a while now.

Only plain RevA, unfortunately; no servo connector, and 2-pin endstops. Yes to plastic bearing holders and extruder casing.
The latter was awful and I've already swapped out for cheap Chinese alloy versions.

Still using hex-key pneumatic connectors, yes. Although I'm not entirely sure why.
I think I wound up looking through 3 different variations of manuals - IIRC the one for the 3-extruder mixing nozzle version (301?) was the ... least old.
