Awesome Model I can't wait to print. I use Slic3r and several of the thin body and base pieces show as messed up in slic3r. I tried slic3r's repair tool but even it can't fix it. I guess it's just so thin? Anyone using slic3r and have any thoughts?

Hi, I don't know much about slicer, as you can see in the pictures I've printed it with no issues, yes is thin, but no problems at all, I've printed this in an A8, I'm using MatterControl as the printing software, it has his own slicer, several years now and no problem with the software.

Thanks!!

Hi! I really like your model! But there are some parts missing. Like the the switches and the underring for the big ring on the front. The big one in the middle. There is just the top ring but not whats underneath on your graphics :(

Hey,

Thanks for the information, I've just uploaded the missing pieces, in a different thing, here's the link anyway https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2797454
Thanks again!!

TD2.3 Electrobinoculars (Missing pieces)

too many parts that aren't meant to be there, no duplicates for things there need to be, and the ones that do need to be, are mixed with other things. Some things could even be just done as 1 model.
If you can use blender (or something), and you want this, fix a lot of it up, because despite the poor files and their management, this is a really cool project

HI, Fillman86, sorry I wasn't able to answer you sooner, thanks for your comments, if you like, I may try to separate or put togheter whatever piece you need to.
Unfortunately, I do not know how to use Blender, not yet anyway, but I intent to learn, this was made totally in Tinkercad, of course please feel free to modify any of the pieces or the whole design, since that is the soul of Thingiverse, to share to everybody!!

Regards!!

this was directed at other users looking at this. I had to look at another project to get the part that sits behind the front gear thing (used to sandwich the lens in place) since it wasn't in this project's files.

I also will mod it myself so I can stick a phone behind the eye pieces.

Hi, it's indeed a little confusing, i have some parts i don't even know what to do with (the 2 cylinder parts grouped together with the front lense). Could you please point me to the other model you are referring to ?

very cool model! Should be fun to add onto any costume

ALL-ROUND BLOODY FANTASTIC!!!!
