Thank you for sharing. It works great.

Thanks. I needed this. Love TPU but have that problem with it sneaking out there. :-)

Nice Design. However, I need a left hand one, ( if you call this a right hand one.) Can you make a revers image one, or provide the design file ( assuming Fusion / solidwords / OpenSCAD ) thanks for the consideration.

normally you can mirror in the slicing software

Gonna try this on my 3d ender, my tpu filament was bend inside the tube, I guess its from before the coupler so this looks like a nice fix :)

Sorry do the left pulley have to touch the part? Because in my case (delta kossel linear plus) it does, may be i have some dimentional errors on the print.

in my case it doesn´t touch it, but it´s very close. You see it on the picture.

Thanks, I i polished it a very litte bit and now the pulley moves.

Thanks I really needed this.

Can we please have logoless version for serious applications?

just added a logoless version

\(^∀^)メ(^∀^)ノ

works really weel.. just had to drill out the hhole for filament a little.. No jams so far

I use PETG firered from Etrudr but it should also work with other materials. (PLA).

What material did you use to print it?

Great job, man!!! ;.)

does this work for tpu/flexible filaments on the kossel? would love to try out but heard of troubles with bowden set ups? Did you do any other modifications?

Yes, I print since then with ninjaflex filaments and although the kossel has a bouden extruder I can print with up to 30mm/s (0.4mm nozzle). I have not managed to get it faster, because then the filament compression is too big to get the material through the nozzle. Also, a higher temperature should be selected for flexible filaments. (I print the ninjaflex at 235-240 ° C).
I only do this modification to print flexible filaments... and it works good for me :)

Best regards
Thomas
