I fixed this model as it would not print as there were so many issues with it. When you take one preview look in the slicer it was a disaster and would never print. However this is a great model so I removed all the corals out in thin air and then fixed or the intersections and put the "Benchy" part back together so it would print as it had multiple parts that did not really exist. I then made the model into a single structure and now it works like a charm.
I fixed this model so I could make up another remix from it
Do not allow it to add automatic supports.
My delta printed this no problem without supports under the cabin (not sure how as it is printing way out in thin air) but none of my cartesian would, so add some little manual supports under the cabin to allow the bridging to take place, I made enough space to make it easy to remove them afterwards. If you want all the coral fronds to work you will need to add some manual supports in 2 areas (see pics), it will print fine if you don't and the wayward bits of plastic from the lack of supports are super easy to remove after the print is done.
Print it at 0.1mm or lower layer height and super slow if you want all the detail on the coral fronds (which is the parts that make this look so cool). Be extra careful removing from the bed as the corals connect everything together.
