Thank you SO MUCH! New life to my old charger! One of the most useful thing I’ve printed so far. Thanks!!

Glad you liked it!

what material did you use?

I dont think those images are of his printed out. I think their renders. But i am wondering what the recommended materiel is, i plan to use PLA but need to make this for a macbook air charger.

Make sure that the adhesion on your printbed and support is excellent.
Because the top of the cable support tends to come lose when I used 20% support structures.
I used PLA and it is going well.

I was able to print it with no issues. i used glue on my unheated print bed and used supports but not sure the amount as i used cura's default selection. I used PLA and made it smaller for a 45w charger. I broke part of the wire feeding section when removing supports though. all in all it worked though. i plan to make a remix of it after another print with my new changes.

Yeah that top section of the wire feeding section is fragile indeed.
But is is a proper solution to protect your magsafe cable.

I agree. i might shorten it a little because its not needed to be as long on my charger. a more flexible material would be better. maybe like TPU.

Is there a possibillity that you publish or share your file that makes th 45watt version.
Because this one is also to big for my charger.
And a shorter funnel will be great.

Yeah i plan to later tonight or tomorrow.

That would be much appreciated, can you give me a signal when is is published?
