Design organically shaped vases with this customizer. The designs are simply comprised of one or two tapered spirals, each of which is in turn comprised of a series of overlapping spheres.
You control the basic shape by setting the size and position of the first and last nodes (spheres). Then the customizer interpolates the specified number of steps along that spiral path. I hope the attached diagram helps explain the basic settings.
If you enable "pair mode", you get two instances of the basic spiral shape. Customize their relative position and orientation to create interesting conjoined forms.
Intended to be printed with zero infill and zero top layers (or, just stop your printer around 90%).

I printed the
spiral-node-hips.stl sample file in brown PLA on my Printrbot Simple. 0.15 mm layer height, 3 walls, 8 bottom layers, no top layers and no infill. I printed the
spiral-node-split-s.stl sample file the same way.
