This is a set of four lead forming tools, designed to fit a breadboard, rather than IPC metric standards, the four tools will form leads at 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.7". Each one is designed to take 10 components from a tape, spaced at 5mm, which all my resistors seem to come packaged. Simply place 10 resistors/diodes/whatever on tape into the tool, press together and clip the leads. Out will pop 10 formed components. I hope this design is useful.
I have used it to make some nice and tidy breadboard patching wires as well.
I don't suppose resolution or material really matters. I printed mine in 0.2 using PLA.
You may find it worth notching out where the legs fit with a craft knife or triangular file, depending on your print quality.
