Summary

Here is dutchmogul's fierce Forest Dragon with a MeshMixer pylon support structure built in.

This will make the dragon easy to print, no added support structure needed.

The orange dragon you see above was printed by digitydogs. On his recommendation, I will be releasing a V2 of the 'no support dragon' with a little less support in some areas :)

How does it print if you scale it down? I was hoping to print a smallish one (50mm high). I

Prints decently, however i would remove the support in a few places, and space it out more in a few others. Remove enitrely from the upper half of the tail, same with the face/neck and very front bottom of the wings. all of these spots will bridge without issue and wont require oddities on the dragon that may destroy the detail trying to remove. Ill upload an image shortly. All in all a good model, hope to see a revision with better support so i can save these details in the next one.

You the man. I need to print one as well and adjust accordingly. I appreciate you taking the time :) I am stoked to see your print :)

Printing him now if he comes out decent ill upload a pic of him, if not ill adjust the slice and try again

You had me at "no support." Well done! I'll be printing one of these soon....
